Need a little extra flexibility in your budget? Our Seasonal Skip-A-Pay program now gives eligible members the option to skip a loan payment when needed — and the process is easier than ever.

Important Things to Know

• Members may request Skip-A-Pay up to two times per year and five times over the life of the loan.
• Requests cannot be submitted in consecutive months or while a collection extension agreement is in place.
• All Skip-A-Pay requests are completed directly through digital banking — no paper forms required! 

How to Apply Through Digital Banking

Applying for Skip-A-Pay is quick and convenient. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to digital banking.
2. Navigate to Services > Manage Loan and select Continue.
3. Carefully select the specific loan payment you would like to skip.
   
   • If you only have one loan, that loan will automatically populate.
4. Choose the month for which you want to skip the payment.
5. Select the account from which the Skip-A-Pay fee will be deducted.
6. Review all details and read the terms and conditions carefully.
7. Accept the terms and submit your request to complete the payment skip process.
