Important Information Regarding Branch Access

In an effort to minimize the impact of COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) for our members and staff, we are restricting access by closing our lobby in order to observe recommended “social distancing” and to limit the potential for spreading the virus. Lobbies will be available by appointments only. If you need to speak in-person with a Legacy associate about your account, please contact the credit union at 205-930-5000 to request an appointment.

Our Drive-Thru windows remain open for member transactions.

Legacy also provides a number of alternative methods by which you can access your account without interruption:
• Use online banking and the Legacy mobile app to check balances, make payments, transfer funds, or deposit checks. If you have not yet registered, we encourage you to create your online account today.
• Utilize multiple Legacy ATM locations across the Greater Birmingham area.
• You can take care of many of your banking needs via our extensive CO-OP Shared Branch and ATM network, including 5,000 Shared Branch facilities nationwide. Now would be a good time to note the locations most convenient to you.
