IMPORTANT: Online Digital Banking Instructions

Legacy has migrated our Digital Banking products to a completely new platform. Because of extensively upgraded security and functionality, each user will need to re-enroll as a new user. You can enroll using either the mobile app through your mobile phone or through the Online Banking system using your desktop or laptop computer. Once you have enrolled, your user name and password will allow you to access either system.

If enrolling via mobile app:

  • Uninstall the old Legacy Mobile Banking App.
  • Search for Legacy Digital Banking in your App Store and install the new app.
  • Look for the Enroll or New User link.
  • To enroll, you will need your Social Security Number, your date of birth, and your member base account number. (To find your base account number if you do not know it, look at the bottom of your checks for the 10-digit number beginning with 75. Exclude the 75 and the two digits at the end of the number, and the six digits in the middle will be your base account number.)
  • You will be able to use your old User Name as long as it has between 8-25 characters.
  • Passwords must also be 8-25 characters and include at least one of each uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and one of these symbols: ! @ # $ % &
  • Once you enter the requested information and click enroll, a One Time Passcode will be sent via text to the mobile number we have on record for your account. We must have a valid mobile number in our records in order for this process to work. Please contact us to update or add your mobile number if this has never been done.
  • Enter the One Time Passcode, and the enrollment process will be complete. You will now have access to the online and mobile Digital Banking Platform using the same user name and password you created during enrollment.

If enrolling Online:

  • The new system will only work with certain web browsers. Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are currently compatible with Legacy Digital Banking. Internet Explorer will not work.
  • To enroll, you will need your Social Security Number, your date of birth, and your member base account number.
